Arrivals after closing hours can be arranged if the reservation is pre-paid. Our staff will ensure that your key is ready for you upon arrival.
Check-out is at 10:00 on the day of departure.
Bed linen
Bed linen MUST be used. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 500 DKK per bed.
Guests can either bring their own bed linen or rent a linen package from us. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
The rental fee for a linen package is 95 DKK/package.
A linen package includes a bed sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover and a towel. We can also arrange for the rented bed linen to be put on the beds for an additional fee of 25 DKK/bed.

Parking
There is a free public parking lot right outside of the reception.
Cot rental
A cot – a small collapsible bed – can be rented for 50 DKK/day.
Snacks/Drinks
Snacks, beer, wine, water, coffee, and tea are available for purchase during reception hours.
Laundry
Washing machines and dryers are available on-site.
The price is DKK 30 per machine.
Bike rental
Bicycles can be rented for 100 DKK per day. Different rates can be arranged for longer stays.
A deposit of 1,000 DKK per bicycle is required when renting. The renter is responsible for theft.
Communal kitchen
The guest kitchen is reserved for families and individual guests. Larger groups are not allowed to use the communal kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, pots, pans, refrigerator and cutlery.
All food stored in the refrigerators must be labeled with a name or room number.
The kitchen must be left clean and tidy.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Violation will result in a fine of 1,500 DKK.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the hostel.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere at the hostel and hotel.
Quiet hours
To ensure a good night's sleep for all guests, we ask all guests to respect our quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.
Lost keycard
If you lose your keycard, a fee of 50 DKK will be charged for a replacement.
If you lock yourself out of your room outside of reception hours, a fee of DKK 200 will be charged for assistance.
24-Hour Access
Once you have checked in at Kragsbjerggaard, you have 24-hour access to the premises.
Cancellation
Please notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible. Cancellations are only accepted via email: odv@odv.dk
Stays of one to two nights can be canceled up to three days before arrival with a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of DKK 200 per room.
Cancellations with a refund later than three days before arrival are not possible, and the full amount for the booked stay, including any additional services, will be charged. Stays of three nights or more can be canceled up to seven days before arrival with a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of DKK 200 per booked room.

Cancellation (groups of 10 or more)
Cancellation must be made in writing no later than 8 weeks before arrival. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
For cancellations between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival, the person making the reservation is liable for 50% of the confirmed amount.
For cancellations later than 4 weeks before arrival, the person making the reservation is liable for 100% of the total amount.
Note: We reserve the right to charge a reservation fee, which is payable at the time of booking.
If an ongoing stay is interrupted before the departure date, Kragsbjerggaard reserves the right to invoice the customer for the entire reservation.
