Whether you are planning a baptism, confirmation, wedding, milestone birthday, memorial gathering, or something entirely different, we take care of your entire event with gourmet food, drinks, table setting, and, of course, cleaning up afterward. That way, you only have to focus on enjoying the day with friends and family.
When you book us to host your event, you also get the entire large outdoor area included in the package. You can use the courtyard or take a walk after dinner in the cozy forest, which is located right next to us.
In connection with your event, it is also possible to add accommodation at the hostel or hotel at favorable prices so that your guests don't have to drive home after an eventful evening.

Here at Kragsbjerggaard, we have the venue and catering to host many of life's celebrations. All parties are significant events, and sometimes it requires a venue that can accommodate many guests. At Kragsbjerggaard, we can provide the perfect setting for your party.
We offer 7-hour arrangements starting from DKK 595 per person (minimum of 35 guests).
The package includes:
• 1 welcome drink
• Individual portions for starters
• Main course and dessert on a buffet
• Coffee/tea/iced water ad libitum
• Table setting with tablecloths, napkins, and simple flower arrangements in vases
• Service staff
• Cleanup and cleaning after the event
• Beverages are billed per consumption or ad libitum.
If the event is held as an evening arrangement, the rental of 6 rooms above the banquet hall is mandatory.
