For bookings made via Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, or other online booking agencies, the applicable payment and cancellation terms set by these platforms apply. Therefore, cancellations and any modifications must be made directly through the booking site.

Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible and are ONLY accepted via email: odv@odv.dk.
To receive a full refund (minus a cancellation fee of DKK 100 per room), cancellations must be made no later than 14 days before arrival (within reception opening hours, local time).
For reservations that are not canceled/modified in time, the full amount for the booked stay, including additional services, will be charged (unless a special agreement has been made).
